Shipping & Delivery
The Repair Depot uses only the highest quality of shipping boxes and materials to keep your devices safe during shipping. All devices receive overnight shipping for each of the 3 legs of shipping involved in the repair process. Our current shipping provider is FedEx. You may track all shipments via the FedEx website here.
Privacy & Security
The Repair Depot encourages all customers back up and remove any and all sensitive and confidential information and/or media from devices prior to submitting for repairs. All security passwords should be removed from the device as well. There is always a potential risk of the data being erased or altered. The Repair Depot will follow procedures to keep all data intact and confidental when possible.
Returns & Replacements
All services, labor and parts are protected with a 90 day warranty. Should your device have issues pertaining to the original repair, the device will be re-evaluated at no cost to you.
The Repair Depot offers thousands of electronic parts via the online store.
Payment & Pricing
The Repair Depot reserves the right to change the pricing of any repairs and/or parts at any time. Payments for services and applied deductibles will be billed and included in all initial shipping boxes.
Payments may be made by check or credit card. Educational institutions and corporations may be eligible to pay via purchase orders.
Viewing Orders
The status of all repairs and part orders will available in the "My Account" portion of the website.
